Returns & Refunds

1. Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order as long as the item(s) has not yet been shipped. However, this will not apply to custom golf club items and any special orders. You will be responsible for any discrepancies in the amount your bank charges for a convert fee into their currency.

2.  Returns & Refunds:

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. However, it is very difficult for us to provide a 100% money back guarantee since all our times will be sending from overseas with multiple handlers. We will be considered a ‘Return’ if any shipment is denied or returned to us as unclaimed.

Returns must take place within thirty (30) days of delivery, beginning on the day after you received the goods. The item(s) must be in the exact condition in which it was received – with all plastic wraps, labels, and barcodes 100% intact.

15% of restocking fee will be applied for returned items and the shipping costs are non-refundable. The return processing takes one or two weeks after the item is received for a full inspection and we will send you the notify email for confirmation.
